If any keys or security devices/key fobs provided as noted on the inventory/schedule of condition at the commencement of the tenancy are lost you will be responsible for paying a fee to the Landlords Agent or Landlord for arranging the replacement of the aforesaid lost items of £15.00 plus VAT per item lost, plus the cost of replacing each key/key fob/security device and lock replacement should all keys be lost
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

A Non Housing Act Tenancy is formed when one of the following criteria is in place:
- Annual rent exceeds £100,000.00
- The property is not used as a main dwelling or primary home
- The property is occupied by an entity (Company Let) rather than an individual
- There is a resident landlord
