1. Erection and maintenance of a 1.8m high close boarded fence along the northern, eastern and southern boundaries of the property together with a gateway on the eastern boundary to the Access Road.
2. A right of way for vehicles or on foot over the Access Road, minimum 4 metres wide as shown approximately by the orange colouring on the plan until the date upon which building works on the surrounding land commence. Abbey are then to construct and provide as soon as practically possible an Estate Road through the development site to an adoptable specification which will, following completion of the development be adopted by the Highway Authority. The freehold interest in that part of any Access Road not being adopted and linking the Access Road to the rear of the Ridgeway shall be then transferred to the owner of The Ridgeway.
3. A copy of the proposed layout of the Abbey site is available from the Agents
