Planning consent has been granted by Thanet District Council for the change of use of redundant farm buildings to uses falling within Use Classes E(g) and B8 which will enable the re-use of these buildings for storage and distribution purposes.
Totalling nearly 3000 square metres in area, the buildings can be converted to provide up to 6 separate business units and were accepted by the Council to have a lower vehicle use than the existing unrestricted agricultural use of the site.
