The period of the tenancy is 10 days (Friday 10 th July until 12 noon on Monday 20 th July 2020) this is irrespective of your arrival or departure. The period could be extended with the mutual agreement of both home owner and tenant
The rent will include electricity and gas consumed during the occupation, the telephone rental, council tax and insurance of the property but we will be liable for all telephone calls made which will be monitored and we will be responsible for insuring our personal effects. However you will be required to pay the cost of telephone calls during the letting period.
The rent also includes the use of the furniture and other contents of the property including a reasonable supply of bed and table linen, china, glass, cutlery, cooking, utensils and towels A deposit of 30% rent is required, together with a deposit of £750 on signing lease agreement. Full rent must be paid by 30 th April 2020.
The occupiers will be entitled to cancel the letting agreement prior to 1 st April 2020 on forfeiture of the deposit.
