GOLF LETTINGS 2020, PRICED FOR A 10 DAY PERIOD: A large detached estate set in the quiet village of Littlebourne with a large driveway fitting multiple cars. Close to local amenities, pubs and restaurants.
This plot offers you the main house with 2 separate log cabins.
The main house offers 2 lounge spaces, dining room and Kitchen with breakfast bar. There are 2 double bedrooms to the first floor and a further 2 singles. There is a family bathroom and separate WC.
To the side of the property there is a private swimming pool overlooking the countryside and seating areas, there is also a balcony to the master bedroom.
The 2 log cabins on the site offer their own open plan kitchen/living areas, 2 double bedrooms and shower rooms. They also have their own patio areas with private hot tubs.

It is 11.7 miles by car from the course.

The period of the tenancy is 10 days (Friday 10th July until 12 noon on Monday 20th July 2020) this is irrespective of your arrival or departure.
A deposit of 10% of the rental will be required

As well as paying the rent, under the terms of the Tenant Fees Act 2019, if you enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
Before the tenancy commences the following will be payable to Finn's (1865) Ltd 'the Agent')
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent (offset against first months rent)
Tenancy Deposit: 5 weeks rent

If for any reason, during your tenancy there is a need to either substitute one of the joint occupiers or add an additional occupier (subject to the Landlord's agreement) then we will charge an administration fee for referencing, re-registering the deposit of £62.50 plus VAT (£75.00 inc VAT)
If any keys or security devices/key fobs provided as noted on the inventory/schedule of condition at the commencement of the tenancy are lost you will be responsible for paying a fee to the Landlords Agent or Landlord for arranging the replacement of the aforesaid lost items of £15.00 plus VAT per item lost, plus the cost of replacing each key/key fob/security device and lock replacement should all keys be lost
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

Communications - telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite

A Non Housing Act Tenancy is formed when one of the following criteria is in place:
