GOLF LETTINGS 2020, PRICED FOR A 10 DAY PERIOD: A modern semi detached house in the centre of Sandwich Town close to supermarkets, pubs, post office and all local amenities.
The ground floor offers a large open plan space with modern, fully fitted kitchen, a dining room and sitting room with stunning glass walls and roof to enjoy the courtyard garden. Further seating is available in the garden for maximum enjoyment.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The main bathroom offers a shower cubicle and there is a separate WC downstairs.

Parking is easy in this road but there are 2 allocated driveways for this property to ensure you can always fine a space.

If for any reason, during your tenancy there is a need to either substitute one of the joint occupiers or add an additional occupier (subject to the Landlord's agreement) then we will charge an administration fee for referencing, re-registering the deposit of £62.50 plus VAT (£75.00 inc VAT)
If any keys or security devices/key fobs provided as noted on the inventory/schedule of condition at the commencement of the tenancy are lost you will be responsible for paying a fee to the Landlords Agent or Landlord for arranging the replacement of the aforesaid lost items of £15.00 plus VAT per item lost, plus the cost of replacing each key/key fob/security device and lock replacement should all keys be lost
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities - gas, electricity, water
Communications - telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
A Non Housing Act Tenancy is formed when one of the following criteria is in place:
