With beautiful period features and living space on the ground floor this would suit couples, families or professionals. The family bathroom offers a shower cubicle and bath.
The extra factor to this property has to be it’s modern annexe to the rear of the garden, completely self-contained with full disabled access and facilities. It has its own living/dining room, double orthopaedic bed, kitchenette with fridge freezer and walk in wet room complete with full height dryer.
Sleeps 5 people.
There is dining seating for 4 people to the main house and 2 people in the annexe.
A driveway to the front could house 3 small cars.

As well as paying the rent, under the terms of the Tenant Fees Act 2019, if you enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

The first months rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent) for properties in England:
If for any reason, during your tenancy there is a need to either substitute one of the joint occupiers or add an additional occupier (subject to the Landlord's agreement) then we will charge an administration fee for referencing, re-registering the deposit of £62.50 plus VAT (£75.00 inc VAT)
If any keys or security devices/key fobs provided as noted on the inventory/schedule of condition at the commencement of the tenancy are lost you will be responsible for paying a fee to the Landlords Agent or Landlord for arranging the replacement of the aforesaid lost items of £15.00 plus VAT per item lost, plus the cost of replacing each key/key fob/security device and lock replacement should all keys be lost
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities - gas, electricity, water
Communications - telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
A Non Housing Act Tenancy is formed when one of the following criteria is in place:
Annual rent exceeds £100,000.00
The property is not used as a main dwelling or primary home
The property is occupied by an entity (Company Let) rather than an individual
There is a resident landlord
