Throughout June, our Canterbury lettings team have been excelling themselves with their ability to manage refresh & refurbishment projects alongside marketing properties, agreeing tenancies, managing check-ins and on a number of occasions, moving tenants from one Finn’s managed property, to another.
Their positive, energetic approach to property management, means that Lisa, Lisa and Leigh-Ann build good working relationships with tenants and landlords alike. The benefits this brings to our landlords is considerable. Our Lettings team are able to identify and plan for property maintenance in ways that keep tenants informed - and identifies when and where there is flexibility to complete refurbishment projects with the tenant in residence.
For one tenant in June, Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager, Lisa Bamford was able to ensure a prompt start to the tenancy, with an agreed plan of maintenance with the tenant in residence. Where this agreement isn’t possible or appropriate, our Lettings team have been able to secure alternative accommodation while works are completed.
Lisa Marshall, Property Manager, ensures that end of tenancy check outs are handled - taking particular care where tenants' deposits are concerned. She talks directly with tenants, Landlords and contractors to ensure that everyone’s needs are met and settlement of monies is dealt with amicably and professionally.
Leigh-Ann Constantine, Office Manager, oversees administrative duties concerning all tenancies, rent arrears and accounts for Managed Landlords. She also works alongside her colleagues on property management and improvement/renovations.
