April saw the arrival of not just some sunshine and warmth; Carl Rose has also joined our Sandwich office as our new sales manager.
He’s on a mission to raise awareness of the Finn’s name across the Sandwich market. If you keep your eyes peeled, you may have already spotted him and the team around town on valuations, viewings and marketing appointments.
Carl started working in estate agency in 2000, and has experience of working across East Kent covering all aspects of residential sales from coastal apartments to country homes.
He is a very friendly, outgoing individual who is very enthusiastic in selling your home - so we think he’s going to fit in well with Demi and Dylan who are already well known faces in the town.

Canterbury: Old and New
The market is moving just as quickly around Canterbury. A recent instruction for a three bedroom terraced home on The Close in Bridge, sold within days of going on the market.
