Lizzie and Martin Jordan joined forces with Finn’s this year. Together, they provide ‘realtor-style’ sales consultancy for sellers and buyers across Kent. We asked Lizzie a few questions about their approach.
Please tell us about your clients and their properties.
We work with sellers and buyers throughout their property journey. This gives us the opportunity to market - or find - all kinds of homes, usually properties that have a distinct story to tell. Some have unique kerb appeal, others are architecturally designed or have historic charm. Large or small, our clients love all kinds of homes, often in Kent but across the UK too.
What’s different about your ‘realtor’ services?
It‘s a 360˚ approach. Clients can be busy, so it‘s not uncommon for us to take a lead on staging a property or completing those nitty gritty projects that are inhibiting kerb appeal. We’ve even commissioned visualisations of possible improvements because buyers can’t always ‘imagine’ a property‘s potential. Sometimes buyers need to hear from our trusted builders or architects before committing to their dream-home purchase.
Will you deliver a stress-free sale?
That’s our goal. We work with our clients every step of the way from marketing through to completion. Just like the Finn’s sales team in our high street offices, we want every client to return to us when it’s time for their next move.
