From Sandwich, proceed along the Ash Road turning right into Richborough Road. Continue for approximately one and a half miles, turn right into Whitehouse Drove.
A large Atcost style barn and lean-to comprising a concrete portal frame clad with asbestos/ fibre cement sheeting to the roof and elevations measuring 16.59m x 13.57m (225.13m2). Surrounding the barn is a small paddock.
On the western side of the access track is a smaller building – with redevelopment potential. The building is constructed from concrete blockwork with an asbestos roof and timber lean-to building to the northern elevation. Approximate measurements are 11.91m x 5.64m (67.17m2).
